Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout UK mainland. 

How will my order be sent?

We use a UK Next Day Delivery service. Your order will be packed using insulated bags and ice packs to keep chilled.

How long can I keep my Kuih?

Our kuihs can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. 

How should I eat my Kuihs?

Most of our Kuihs are best eaten at room temperature.

How do I reheat my Kuih?

Our kuih is made fresh and stored chilled to maintain freshness. Some kuihs require longer heating and some don't. All of our kuih includes reheat instructions.

Can I collect my order instead of postage?

We sometimes offer collection in Central London. If you need a special arrangement, please contact us directly.

 

What is your return policy?

Delays with our courier are rare but may happen and are unfortunately out of our control. The chilled food in your order box will stay at a safe temperature for 72 hours from dispatch, so as long as you put it straight in the fridge/freezer once received it will be perfectly fine to consume. 

As the delayed is beyond our control, we do not provide refund.

We do not refund delivery fee.
