Pandan Talam is a steamed two layered cake, the meaning of “talam” is tray.
The top white layer is made with coconut milk, it is soft and slightly savoury. The bottom green layer is made with pandan juice, it is sweet and has a chewy texture.
Re-heat instruction is included.
This kuih can be cut into 4 pieces and enough to serve 1-2 person.
