Traditionally eaten with rice or bread, the Otak Otak or spiced fish cakes, packs a tight punch! A dish favoured in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, it is a delicious amalgamation of Southeast Asian spices, shrimp paste and the fresh fish fillet wrapped in fragrant banana leaves.
Our Otak Otak is super delicious as we only use homemade spice mix for the recipe.
